jl789 Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern the entire relationship between you and jl789 with respect to your use of the jl789 gaming platform, including all games, services, promotions, and associated features accessible through jl789.asia. Access to and use of the jl789 platform is conditional upon your full acceptance of, and compliance with, these Terms and all other policies incorporated herein by reference, including the jl789 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

Each player may register and maintain only one (1) jl789 account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. jl789 employs technical and analytical measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts belonging to the same individual may be closed and any funds therein handled in accordance with Section 12.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jl789 login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to: (a) select a strong and unique password; (b) not share your login credentials with any third party; (c) notify jl789 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your account; and (d) log out of your session when using shared or public devices. jl789 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations.

jl789 may require account verification at any stage of the account lifecycle, including prior to processing withdrawals. Verification may require submission of: a valid Philippine government-issued identification document (e.g., UMID, Passport, Driver's License, or SSS ID); proof of residential address; and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawal processing.

jl789 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP). jl789 does not accept deposits from or process withdrawals to third-party accounts — payment instruments must be registered in the name of the account holder.

• Minimum deposit: ₱50 (GCash and PayMaya); ₱200 (bank transfers);
• Deposits are credited to your jl789 account promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider;
• jl789 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges;
• jl789 reserves the right to decline deposits from payment instruments that cannot be verified as belonging to the account holder.

• Withdrawals may only be requested to a payment method previously used for deposit or a verified method in the player's name;
• jl789 reserves the right to request full KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal;
• Minimum withdrawal: ₱50 (GCash and PayMaya); ₱200 (bank transfers);
• jl789 targets withdrawal processing within 15–30 minutes for e-wallets and 1–2 hours for bank transfers under normal operating conditions; these are target timelines and not guaranteed contractual obligations;
• jl789 reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing pending investigation of suspected fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.

All games available on the jl789 platform are subject to individual game rules, which are displayed within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail except where the game rules specifically address the matter in question.

• Bet Finality: All bets placed and confirmed on the jl789 platform are final. jl789 will not reverse confirmed bets except where a demonstrable technical error on jl789's systems caused an incorrect outcome to be displayed;

• Bonuses are credited to eligible accounts only and cannot be transferred between accounts;
• jl789 reserves the right to withhold or reverse bonus credits and associated winnings where abuse, collusion, or exploitation of promotional terms is detected;
• "Bonus abuse" includes but is not limited to: creation of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion; coordinated wagering designed to exploit low-risk bonus clearing patterns; and use of automated tools or scripts to interact with the platform;
• Where jl789 determines that a promotional offer was claimed in breach of its terms, any winnings generated from that offer may be forfeited;
• jl789 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jl789 platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. jl789 reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct and to withhold any funds associated with such conduct pending investigation.

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification;
• Using the platform while located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is unlawful;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the jl789 platform in an unauthorised manner;
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities — any such exploitation must be reported to jl789 support immediately;
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market;
• Using the platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other criminal purpose;
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation;
• Engaging in abusive, harassing, or threatening behaviour toward jl789 staff or other players via any communication channel.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jl789 platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not: reproduce, redistribute, sell, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the jl789 platform without express written consent from jl789.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jl789 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the jl789 platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings due to technical interruption; data loss; unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to secure login credentials; or financial losses resulting from gambling activity.

jl789's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total deposits made by that player to jl789 in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jl789 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be available without interruption or error at all times, nor that any technical defects will be corrected within any specific timeframe. Planned maintenance periods will be communicated to players in advance where reasonably practicable.

For all other disputes, the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
